Be at the controls of a modern Bombardier fleet and help deliver a seamless, safety-first experience for discerning business aviation travelers. This permanent, Houston-based role welcomes non-type-rated pilots with strong fundamentals and a growth mindset.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Partner with the Captain to execute safe, efficient, and professional business jet operations across a dynamic mission profile.
- Champion SOPs, checklist discipline, and a just-culture approach to continuous safety improvement.
- Deliver exceptional service and discretion for passengers while maintaining operational excellence on the flight deck and during all phases of ground operations.
- Collaborate with dispatch and maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness, accurate performance planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the highest standards of airmanship and professionalism.
🧰 Training & onboarding
You’ll complete a Bombardier-approved initial course on the Global 6500 and Challenger 3500, or a recurrent program with check ride, prior to line flying.
- Type rating: Provided upon successful completion of training (no prior type required).
- Standards: Emphasis on CRM, TEM, and precision flying skills.
Note: Successful completion of training and check ride is a condition of employment.
🌟 Minimum qualifications
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
- Turbine: 500 hours
- Instrument: 250 hours
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: First Class
- Residency: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Houston, Texas
