✈️ The Mission
As Captain, you’ll lead every flight with precision and professionalism—owning preflight planning, execution, and post-flight oversight. You’ll champion safety, deliver a polished passenger experience, and set the tone for exceptional CRM and a robust SMS.
🧭 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 3,500 hours
- Multi‑Engine PIC: 1,000 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- Flight Time Notes: 1,000 PIC ME
NTR welcomed: No G280 type rating required — we’ll provide your initial type and recurrent training.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on the Gulfstream G280, ensuring safe, compliant operations.
- Lead route planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel strategy.
- Execute checklists and SOPs with discipline and attention to detail.
- Model strong decision-making, communication, and crew leadership on every leg.
- Uphold a white‑glove passenger experience from door to door.
