🧰 Minimum requirements
- Current EASA CPL with IR and ME privileges
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- Non‑Type Rated candidates encouraged to apply; G200 type training provided
- Strong CRM, decision‑making, and leadership skills
- Ability to work without employer visa sponsorship

- Command G200 operations with an unwavering safety mindset from preflight to shutdown
- Plan, brief, and execute flights to the highest professional standards and SOPs
- Lead and mentor the flight deck team to ensure excellent CRM and passenger experience
- Maintain regulatory compliance, flight documentation, and aircraft performance planning
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and ground teams for smooth, timely turnarounds
