Join a high-performance flight department as a Gulfstream First Officer serving UHNW clientele across a dynamic, global mission profile. You’ll operate modern Gulfstream aircraft in an environment that values impeccable judgment, discretion, teamwork, and world-class client service. No type rating? No problem — training is provided for the right candidate.

  • Location: New York City area (relocation to Long Island, Queens, or Brooklyn required)
  • Travel: Extensive domestic and international; often at short notice

🧭 Your mission

  • Serve as First Officer on worldwide missions, partnering closely with the PIC to deliver safe, efficient, and polished operations for discerning clients.
  • Execute meticulous preflight planning: performance, weight and balance, routing, permits, and international procedures.
  • Operate with discretion and professionalism in client-facing environments, ensuring a seamless, service-forward experience onboard and on the ground.
  • Maintain operational readiness, adapting quickly to changing schedules and short-notice travel.
  • Collaborate with flight ops, scheduling, and maintenance to uphold aircraft readiness, presentation, and on-time performance.
  • Champion a safety-first mindset, adhering to SOPs and best practices across all phases of flight.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Strong background in business aviation, including direct experience supporting UHNW clientele.
  • Proven ability to operate reliably in a fast-moving, global environment with discretion and adaptability.
  • Integrity, sound judgment, and exceptional interpersonal skills suited to high-performance teams and client-facing situations.
  • Willingness and availability for extensive domestic and international travel, often on short notice.
  • Current, valid driver’s license and passport.
  • Commitment to relocate to Long Island, Queens, or Brooklyn to ensure proximity to base and operational readiness.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 2,500 hours
  • Turbine time: 1,000 hours
  • PIC time (Part 135): 1,000 hours
  • PIC time (Part 91): 1,000 hours
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)
  • License requirement: ATP Written
  • Open to license holders: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1

🚀 Preferred

  • Type rating: G550 and/or G650 type rating highly preferred

🌍 Location & readiness

  • Relocation: Required to Long Island, Queens, or Brooklyn for proximity to base
  • Mobility: Able to deploy globally with minimal notice while maintaining discretion and professionalism
