Join a safety-first flight department as a Pilot-in-Command reporting to the Director of Aviation. You’ll command multiple Gulfstream aircraft types, exercising full authority for the safe, efficient operation of every flight while delivering an exceptional passenger experience. Non-type rated candidates are welcome—type training is provided.

  • Experience: 5,000 hours total time (minimum) | 500 hours jet (minimum)

  • License Holders: Open to FAA certificate holders

🧭 Your mission

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command with full and final authority over the safe operation of assigned aircraft.
  • Protect the safety of passengers, crew, and cargo at all times—this responsibility cannot be delegated.
  • Exercise sound judgment to operate company aircraft safely and efficiently in all environments.
  • Plan and conduct flights in compliance with all applicable domestic and international regulations.
  • Prepare performance, weight and balance, weather, fuel, alternates, and contingency plans for high-altitude operations.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the Director of Aviation, maintenance, scheduling, and ground service providers.
  • Deliver professional, discreet, and customer-focused service while maintaining a safety-first culture.
  • Maintain currency, proficiency, and accurate records; adhere to company SOPs and best practices.
  • Utilize onboard avionics, EFBs, and company systems effectively (computer aptitude required).

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Certificates: FAA ATP, Class 1 Medical, and FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Permit.
  • Experience: Minimum 5,000 hours total time and 500 hours jet.
  • Advanced working knowledge of applicable flight regulations (domestic and international).
  • Demonstrated skill piloting advanced, high-altitude aircraft.
  • Proven safety-focused mindset with excellent judgment under time pressure.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong cockpit resource management.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Computer aptitude and comfort with modern flight planning and EFB tools.
  • Able to work without employer visa sponsorship.

🌟 Preferred

  • Gulfstream time (highly desirable).

🎓 Training & Type Rating

  • Non-type rated candidates welcome; company-provided training and type rating on assigned Gulfstream aircraft.
  • Ongoing recurrent training to maintain proficiency and regulatory currency.
