✈️ Lead as our Gulfstream Captain (PIC)

Take command as Pilot-in-Command on a multi-model Gulfstream fleet. You will report to the Director of Aviation and hold final authority for every flight—ensuring the safety of passengers, crew, and cargo while operating with professionalism, sound judgment, and efficiency.

🧭 PIC Mission & Key Responsibilities

  • Exercise final authority and non-delegable responsibility for the safe operation of assigned aircraft and the safety of passengers, crew, and cargo.
  • Plan and conduct domestic and international operations in full compliance with applicable regulations, company procedures, and best practices.
  • Demonstrate sound, time-critical decision-making; lead effective crew resource management and maintain clear communication across the team.
  • Execute comprehensive flight planning, including weather analysis, NOTAM review, fuel strategy, alternates, performance, and weight-and-balance calculations.
  • Operate advanced, high-altitude Gulfstream aircraft to the highest professional standards, ensuring efficiency, comfort, and a premium customer experience.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency; complete required training, checks, and records accurately and on time.
  • Uphold company values and represent the flight department with professionalism in all interactions.

  • Demonstrated, timely decision-making under pressure and strong crew teamwork.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and polished interpersonal communication.
  • Computer aptitude for modern flight planning, EFB, and aircraft systems interfaces.
  • Currency & Checks: Meets instrument and night landing currency prior to dispatch; able to pass an instrument competency check in category.
  • Permit: FCC radio telephone permit.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,500 hours
  • Jet Time: 500 hours
  • License Required: ATP
  • Accepted Licenses: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required (Training provided)

✨ Preferred

  • Gulfstream Experience: Time on type/models desirable
