Global 5000 Captain (Part 135/91) – Fort Lauderdale, FL

🧭 The Opportunity

Alerion Aviation is hiring multiple Captains to fly the Bombardier Global 5000 on worldwide Part 135/91 operations based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Step into a large-cabin cockpit, deliver exceptional client experiences, and help us set the standard for safety and professionalism.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Serve as Pilot in Command on Global 5000 flights for domestic and international operations under 14 CFR Parts 135 and 91.
• Lead flight planning, fuel, performance, and risk assessment; ensure strict regulatory and company compliance.
• Deliver exceptional client service while fostering a professional, collaborative cockpit with your crew.
• Uphold the highest safety standards, currency, and aircraft operating practices; participate in training and checks.
• Represent Alerion Aviation with discretion and professionalism in all customer interactions.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

• Total time: 4000 hours
• PIC time: 3000 hours
• Multi-engine: 3000 hours
• Multi-engine PIC: 2000 hours
• Instrument: 300 hours
• License: FAA ATP
• Medical: Class 1 (First Class)
• Type rating on Global 5000: Not required — training provided (NTR)
• Work authorization: Authority to work in the United States

🌟 Preferred

• Strong international experience.
• Type rated on the Global 5000 or comparable large-cabin aircraft.

🛡️ Additional Requirements

• Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• No accidents, incidents, or FAA violations within the last 5 years.
• Live within a 2 hour driving radius of the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FLL).
• Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.
• Pass a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check in compliance with TSA Security Program Standards and 49 CFR 1544.229 and 1544.230.
