✈️ Role overview
As a First Officer on the Pilatus PC-12, you will support safe, efficient, and punctual operations under company SOPs, assisting the Captain from preflight planning through post-flight duties. You will operate in a professional two-crew environment, contribute to high-quality customer service, and uphold uncompromising safety standards across IFR and VFR missions.
🧭 What you will do
- Assist with flight planning, performance, fuel, and weight & balance calculations.
- Execute checklists, briefings, and CRM procedures in alignment with SOPs.
- Monitor flight progress, weather, NOTAMs, and operational threats; propose mitigations.
- Support precision IFR operations and maintain high situational awareness in all phases of flight.
- Ensure aircraft documentation, tech logs, and operational paperwork are accurate and complete.
- Champion a just culture and safety reporting, including proactive hazard identification.
- Represent the flight department with professionalism in all client and stakeholder interactions.
🧰 What you bring
- EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR and completed UPRT.
- Valid Class 1 medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Non-type-rated candidates welcome; willingness to complete PC-12 training.
- Strong CRM, decision-making, and communication skills with a safety-first mindset.
- FI(A) qualification is a plus and will be considered an advantage.
