This permanent First Officer opportunity welcomes non-type-rated pilots and provides the training you need to confidently operate a variety of multi-engine aircraft while upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and crew coordination.
✈️ The Opportunity
As a First Officer, you will operate multi-engine aircraft in a professional, safety-first environment. You will work closely with the Captain and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, compliant operations while delivering a polished, passenger-focused experience. This role is ideal for pilots looking to expand their experience across multiple aircraft types with structured training and clear operational standards.
🧭 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 800 hours
- Multi-Engine: 50 hours
- Currency: Minimum 100 hours within the last 12 months
- License: CPL, IR, ME (FAA only)
- Medical: Class 1
- Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Permits: Current and valid FCC Radio Operator’s Permit
- Travel Docs: Current and valid passport
- Driver’s License: Current and valid
- No FAA violations, accidents, incidents, or certificate suspensions
- No significant training or check ride failures
- Non-type-rated candidates welcome (training provided)
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- 1,000+ hours total time
- Turbine aircraft experience
- Strong CRM skills and SOP discipline
- Adaptability to operate across multiple aircraft types and mission profiles
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Operate as First Officer on assigned multi-engine aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Execute standard callouts, checklists, and performance calculations with precision and situational awareness
- Champion safety, compliance, and risk management in all phases of flight
- Collaborate closely with the Captain, dispatch, and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations
- Maintain currency and proficiency through scheduled training, line checks, and recurrent events
- Deliver professional, courteous service to passengers and stakeholders
📚 Training & Development
Comprehensive initial and recurrent training is provided to qualify you on assigned aircraft types and keep you current across the fleet. Non-type-rated pilots receive full type-specific training upon hire.
