🧭 Your mission

  • Operate as First Officer on the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+, partnering with the Captain to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel planning in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Configure and manage FMS/avionics, monitor automation, and maintain strong situational awareness from taxi to touchdown.
  • Execute disciplined checklists, briefings, and CRM to support a just culture and informed decision-making.
  • Deliver professional, discreet, and anticipatory client service on every leg.
  • Participate in the company’s SMS, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain training currency, aircraft knowledge, and exemplary airmanship.

  • Valid passport with no travel restrictions; able to travel internationally.
  • Ability to obtain a RAIC.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 2,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 500 hours
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
  • License Required: IATRA
  • Accepted Licenses: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP Level: 4

💡 Preferred experience

  • Time on type or other jet experience.
  • Previous corporate or charter flying experience.
