As a Cessna 208 Caravan First Officer, you will follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to plan, communicate, and process flight-critical information—operating the published schedule safely, on time, and with customer satisfaction front of mind.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Execute flights in accordance with SOPs, company policy, and all applicable regulations.
  • Support preflight planning, including weather and NOTAM review, performance, and weight & balance.
  • Coordinate effectively with the Captain, dispatch, maintenance, and ATC to ensure on-time operations.
  • Apply strong checklist discipline and sound judgment in all phases of flight (IFR/VFR).
  • Deliver a professional, courteous customer experience on every leg.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and required operational documentation.
  • Uphold a proactive safety mindset and continuous improvement culture.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 250 hours
  • License required: FAA CPL with IR and Float Rating
  • Medical: FAA Class 2
  • Endorsements: High-performance endorsement
  • Right-to-travel/work: Valid Passport or Green Card
  • Communications permit: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Scheduling: Overnight availability may be required

Type rating is not required—successful candidates receive company-provided training tailored to the Cessna 208 Caravan and our SOPs. You’ll build turbine experience while developing the professional skills and decision-making expected of a high-performing flight crew member.
