✈️ The Role

Partner with an experienced Captain to operate our European business jet fleet, upholding the highest standards of safety, professionalism and service. You will adapt to varied missions, airfields and schedules, ensuring Owner experience remains exceptional on every sector.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with EASA and UK regulations, company SOPs, CRM, and TEM.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and weight & balance.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency; complete Initial Training and fleet Type Rating.
  • Operate flexibly across weekends, nights, shifts, holidays, and overnight trips.
  • Represent the brand with a polished, service-oriented approach and well-groomed appearance.
  • Use company systems and web-based tools for briefings, reporting, and communication.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Valid passport and ability to travel in and out of Europe to all cities/countries where Flexjet serves.
  • Working knowledge of all applicable EASA and UK regulations.
  • Strong organisational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with word processing, email and web-based applications.
  • Passionate attention to detail and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends, nights, shifts, holidays and overnight trips.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 2,500 hours
  • PIC Time: 500 hours
  • Additional Time: 500 hours Pilot in Command Under Supervision (PICUS), 250 hours Multi-Pilot Instrument Time
  • License: Valid EASA ATPL (UK CAA ATPL & Medical desirable but not mandatory)
  • Training: MCC Course certificate or Multi-Pilot (MP) rating on EASA licence
  • UPRT: Advanced UPRT or, within the preceding 3 years, completion of training/checking per ORO.FC.220 or ORO.FC.230 of Annex III (Part-ORO) to Regulation (EU) No 965/2012
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English: ICAO ELP Level 5
  • Type Rating: Not required (provided during Initial Training)

💼 Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in Commercial Air Transport and corporate/business aviation operations.

🎓 Training & Onboarding

Employment is conditional upon successful completion of our Initial Training programme, which includes a Type Rating on the assigned fleet. This comprehensive pathway equips you to perform at the expected level from day one.
