🧭 The role

As an A320 Family First Officer, you will support safe, efficient operations across all phases of flight while working closely with your Captain and cabin colleagues. You bring sound judgement, procedural discipline, and a calm, customer-minded approach.

Operate Airbus A320 family aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
Execute precise flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
Maintain exemplary CRM, contributing to a collaborative multi-crew environment.
Monitor aircraft systems, automation, and flight path with a fly-by-wire mindset.
Champion safety, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧰 What you’ll bring

Type Rating: Current and valid on Airbus A320 family (required)
License: Unrestricted ATPL (ICAO)
Medical: Valid Class 1
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Record: Current no accident/incident certificate

📏 Minimum flight experience

Meet one of the following pathways:

Path A: Total Time: 1500 hours, including 250 hours on Airbus A320 family (fly-by-wire) and 500 hours on multi-crew jets.
Path B: Total Time: Minimum 700 hours, including 500 hours on Airbus A320 family (fly-by-wire).

Notes: “In type” refers to logged hours on the Airbus A320 family. Multi-crew jets indicates experience on multi-crew, turbine jet aircraft.
