🧭 Your mission on the flight deck
As an A320 Family First Officer, you will operate multi-crew, fly-by-wire Airbus aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements. You will partner closely with the captain and cabin crew to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations across all phases of flight.
- Execute all duties of a First Officer: flight planning, briefings, aircraft setup, and active monitoring.
- Adhere to SOPs, checklist discipline, and robust threat and error management.
- Champion safety, compliance, and a just culture in every decision.
- Collaborate effectively in a multi-crew environment and support continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- License required: ATPL
- Accepted licenses: ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)
- Type rating: Airbus A320 family, current and valid
- Flight time (two pathways):
- Path A: Minimum 1,500 hours total time, including:
- ≥ 250 hours on Airbus A320 family (fly-by-wire)
- ≥ 500 hours on multi-crew jets
- ≥ 500 hours multi-pilot experience
- Path B: Minimum 700 hours total time, including:
- ≥ 500 hours on Airbus A320 family (fly-by-wire)
- Path A: Minimum 1,500 hours total time, including:
- Additional requirement: No accident/incident certificate
Flight time must be fully documented and verifiable in your logbook.
