  • Rotation/Travel: 6–12 week deployments across Africa
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
  • Licenses: CPL with MEICAO accepted
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English: ICAO ELP Level 4+
  • Visa: Sponsorship provided
  • Preference: Preference given to local candidates

🧭 Your mission

As Captain, you will command the F406 Caravan II across a variety of routes and airfields, delivering safe, compliant, and customer‑focused operations while adapting to changing environments and mission profiles.

  • Act as PIC, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and airmanship.
  • Plan and execute flights to both developed and remote airstrips, managing performance, fuel, and weight & balance.
  • Apply sound judgment in dynamic conditions; practice robust CRM and risk management.
  • Coordinate closely with dispatch and maintenance; complete accurate operational and post‑flight reports.
  • Represent the operation professionally, with strong communication and cultural awareness throughout Africa.
  • Maintain readiness and resilience during 6–12 week rotations; support team standards and mentorship where applicable.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Total time: 1000 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • Multi‑engine: 100 hours total
  • Multi‑engine PIC: 100 hours
  • License: Valid CPL with MEICAO state‑issued
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Type rating: Not required — comprehensive F406 training provided
  • Mobility: Willing and able to travel extensively for 6–12 week Africa deployments
  • Work authorization: Preference for local candidates; visa sponsorship available
