Step onto the E‑Jet flight deck in a permanent role with type-rating training provided. If you’re an experienced co-pilot from a scheduled jet operation, this is your chance to advance on a modern, efficient fleet while flying to the highest safety and service standards.
🧭 The role
As a First Officer on the Embraer E170/E190, you’ll partner closely with the Captain and wider crew to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations across a dynamic route network. You’ll apply sound airmanship, robust CRM, and precise procedural discipline across all phases of flight.
- Execute flight operations to company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Lead thorough preflight planning: weather, performance, fuel, NOTAMs, and MEL/CDL considerations.
- Operate and monitor E‑Jet systems with strong FMS and automation management.
- Support a just culture by reporting, learning, and continuously improving safety.
- Deliver professional passenger service and operational communication with ATC and ground teams.
🧰 What you bring
- Proven co-pilot experience in scheduled airline operations on jet aircraft.
- Valid CPL with IR and ME (JCAB accepted).
- Current Class 1 Medical.
- TOEIC 650+ and ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Strong CRM, decision-making, and communication skills under time-critical conditions.
- Eligibility to work without visa sponsorship. (Note: Visa sponsorship is not provided.)

NTR candidates are welcome. Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive training pathway to the Embraer E170/E190, including ground school, simulator phases, and line training to full release to line.
