✈️ The Opportunity
Join a professional flight deck on the Embraer E‑Jet family (E170/E190) as a First Officer. You will operate scheduled services with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and on-time performance, bringing your prior jet co-pilot experience to a modern, efficient regional platform.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Operate as First Officer on E170/E190 in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct preflight planning, performance calculations, and weight & balance in coordination with the Captain and ground teams.
- Execute safe, efficient flight operations with exemplary CRM and situational awareness.
- Communicate effectively with ATC and crew in both English and Japanese as operationally required.
- Champion a safety-first culture through disciplined procedures, checklists, and threat/error management.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Licences: Current JCAB CPL with IR and ME.
- Medical: Valid Class 1.
- Experience: Proven experience as a co-pilot operating flights in a scheduled airline on jet aircraft.
- Type Rating: Not required (E170/E190 training provided).
- Language: English and Japanese proficiency; ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- English Skills: TOEIC 650 or higher.
- Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must have the legal right to live and work in Japan.
🌟 Training & Onboarding
Non-type-rated pilots are supported with a comprehensive Embraer E‑Jet program, including ground school and simulator training, followed by supervised line flying and operational checks to ensure a confident transition to the E170/E190.
Type rating and line training are provided by the company; successful completion is required prior to unsupervised line operations.
