Experienced A320 First Officer (Type-Rated)

As a First Officer on the Airbus A320, you will partner with an experienced flight crew to deliver safe, reliable operations across a dynamic schedule. You will apply disciplined airmanship, crisp communication, and mature CRM to every sector, contributing to a high-performance, safety-first culture.

• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and support thorough briefings, preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel planning.
• Manage A320 systems and FMS with precision; monitor automation and hand-fly when appropriate.
• Maintain exemplary situational awareness, workload management, and decision-making under changing operational conditions.
• Champion safety reporting, threat and error management, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver confident, courteous communication with the Captain, cabin crew, ATC, and our passengers.

• Type-Rated: Current/valid Airbus A320 type rating.
• Flight time: Minimum 4,000 block hours total time and 2,000 block hours on A320.
• Licensing: Valid ATPL (EASA), Class 1 Medical.
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4.
• Strong CRM, leadership, and communication skills; calm under pressure and detail-focused.

• A minimum experience level of 4,000 block hours total time.
