Lead from the front as Captain on our Embraer E-Jet fleet. You will guide your crew with responsibility, pragmatism and an open mind—making timely decisions, inspiring teamwork and ensuring safe, efficient operations across Europe. 🧭 What you’ll do
- Command E170/E190 operations in accordance with regulations and company SOPs, with safety as the unwavering priority.
- Make sound, timely decisions as PIC, demonstrating pragmatism, situational awareness and professionalism.
- Lead and inspire the flight and cabin crew, fostering teamwork, open communication and a just culture.
- Plan and monitor flights across Europe, including performance, fuel, weather and alternates.
- Collaborate effectively with ATC, Operations Control and Maintenance to ensure punctual, efficient operations.
- Champion continuous improvement and contribute to Air Dolomiti’s growth and service excellence.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: Minimum 5,000 hours in airline operations
- PIC time: Minimum 1,500 hours as Captain in airline operations
- License: EASA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
Flight time notes: Minimum of 5,000 flight hours in airline operations and at least 1,500 hours as a Captain in airline operations.
🌟 Additional requirements
- Passport with unlimited validity. If not an EU passport, it must not entail stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and teamwork skills with a proactive, communicative style.
🎓 Training and onboarding
- Full E‑Jet type rating and differences training provided for non‑type‑rated Captains who meet the minimum requirements.
- Structured ground school, simulator sessions and supervised line flying to ensure a confident, standards‑driven transition.
