✈️ The Opportunity

As Captain on the EMB-550 family, you will lead safe, efficient, and passenger-centric operations across domestic and international routes. You will collaborate with a sharp crew, make sound decisions in real time, and represent the company with professionalism and poise.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command for domestic and international missions, delivering safety, punctuality, and exceptional service.
  • Own flight planning and execution: performance, fuel, routing, weather, NOTAMs, alternates, and contingency planning.
  • Ensure regulatory and company standards compliance, including international procedures, customs, and operational authorizations.
  • Lead and mentor crew members, fostering clear communication and a just-safety culture (SMS, FRAT, and SOP adherence).
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and vendors to keep operations smooth and passengers informed.
  • Uphold meticulous cockpit discipline: checklist integrity, FMS set-up, and data-driven decision-making.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 1,500 hours
  • Turbine Time: 500 hours
  • License: ATP
  • Accepted Licenses: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required (Training provided)
  • NTR: Yes
  • Passport: Valid and unexpired
  • FCC: FCC Radio License
  • Eligible to fly internationally into any country or jurisdiction without restrictions.
  • Clear, confident communicator with a collaborative cockpit presence.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment and embraces new challenges.
  • Proximity: Reside in, or within two hours of, a major airport

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • Previous corporate aviation and/or Part 135 charter experience.
  • Current type rating on aircraft within our fleet (EMB-550 family or similar).

🧭 Where You’ll Fly

Operations include domestic and international destinations. You must be able to travel without restrictions and maintain readiness to launch while residing within two hours of a major airport.
