🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum total flight time of 3,000 hours, including 1,000 hours MPIC.
- Valid ATPL issued by TCCA.
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- ICAO Level 4+ English Language Proficiency.
- Able to obtain and maintain a RAIC.
- No Transport Canada violations or suspensions.
- Willing and able to travel away from home, including occasional overnights.
- Type rating not required; successful candidates will receive full Dornier 328 training.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Lead safe, efficient flight operations as Captain on the Dornier 328, upholding company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Exercise sound decision-making, threat and error management, and exemplary CRM.
- Plan and execute flights: performance calculations, fuel planning, weather and NOTAM review, and operational briefings.
- Mentor and support your crew, fostering a professional, safety-first culture and positive passenger experience.
- Complete accurate logs, reports, and documentation in accordance with TCCA requirements.
- Maintain currency, take part in recurrent training, and champion continuous improvement.
