🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum total flight time of 3,000 hours, including 1,000 hours MPIC.
  • Valid ATPL issued by TCCA.
  • Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • ICAO Level 4+ English Language Proficiency.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a RAIC.
  • No Transport Canada violations or suspensions.
  • Willing and able to travel away from home, including occasional overnights.
  • Type rating not required; successful candidates will receive full Dornier 328 training.

  • Exercise sound decision-making, threat and error management, and exemplary CRM.
  • Plan and execute flights: performance calculations, fuel planning, weather and NOTAM review, and operational briefings.
  • Mentor and support your crew, fostering a professional, safety-first culture and positive passenger experience.
  • Complete accurate logs, reports, and documentation in accordance with TCCA requirements.
  • Maintain currency, take part in recurrent training, and champion continuous improvement.
