✈️ About the role

As a Dash 8 First Officer, you will operate multi-crew regional services in accordance with company SOPs, support the Captain across all phases of flight, and uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Execute safe and efficient Dash 8 operations under multi-crew coordination and CRM principles.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections.
  • Monitor aircraft systems, navigation, and communications; manage checklists and normal/abnormal procedures.
  • Contribute to on-time performance while maintaining strict regulatory and company compliance.
  • Champion safety reporting, threat and error management, and continuous improvement.
  • Engage in recurrent training and checking to maintain currency and proficiency.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,500 hours
  • PIC time: 1,300 hours
  • Multi-engine PIC: 100 hours
  • Flight time notes: MCC Certificate or ATPL Human Factors exam credit
  • Preferred time: 100 hours on DHC-8 or similar (desirable)
  • License required: CPL, IR, MCC, ME
  • Accepted licenses: CASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 6
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided
  • Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
