Gulfstream G650 Captain (Type-Rated)

🧭 What you’ll do

• Captain the Gulfstream G650 in domestic and international operations with unwavering focus on safety, compliance, and passenger experience.
• Lead flight planning, performance, weight and balance, weather/threat assessments, and fuel strategy for long-range missions.
• Apply effective crew resource management, mentoring and coordinating with your crew to ensure smooth, professional operations at all times.
• Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, operations, maintenance, and leadership; set a standard of service that reflects Silver Air’s values.
• Maintain currency, training, and documentation; ensure adherence to company procedures, applicable regulations, and international standards.
• Adapt to changing priorities and operational demands while managing time and tasks in an on-call environment.

🧰 Additional requirements

• ICAO compliance: Compliant with ICAO Annex I – 2.1.1.0 as it pertains to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
• CANPASS: Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot.
• Customer service: Demonstrated excellence in client-facing service; clear, concise, and professional communication (verbal and written) with all levels of employees and clients.
• Detail & organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail; thrives amid change and frequently shifting priorities.
• Time management: Effective under pressure; comfortable working on-call within a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and Holidays.
• Teamwork: Strong people skills and a collaborative mindset that elevates both client experience and team performance.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

• Total time: 3500 hours
• PIC time: 3000 hours
• In type: 200 hours
• PIC in type: 100 hours
• Multi-engine: 3000 hours
• Multi-engine PIC: 2000 hours
• Type rating: Required
• Flight time notes: Type rated on G650, G550 or comparable aircraft.
• License required: ATP
• Accepted licenses: FAA
• Medical: Class 1

🌟 Preferred experience

• Total turbine time: 1750 hours preferred
• Regulatory background: Previous Part 135 experience preferred (not required)
