Cadet Pilot – Jet Fleet (Training Provided)

✈️ About the opportunity

As a Cadet Pilot, you will progress through a company-supported pathway from ground school and simulators to supervised line operations on a company-assigned jet type. You will train to airline standards, strengthen core airmanship, and contribute to safe, efficient, and on-time operations.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Complete ground, simulator, and line training toward type qualification on a jet aircraft assigned by the company.
• Operate under supervision in accordance with SOPs, checklists, and company/authority regulations.
• Demonstrate strong CRM, situational awareness, and disciplined decision-making in all phases of flight.
• Maintain accurate training records and remain current with operational briefs and safety publications.
• Uphold a proactive safety culture and report hazards through the company SMS.

• Total time: 200 hours
• License: Frozen ATPL
• Accepted licenses: CAAT
• Type rating: Not required — training provided
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
• Military service: Male candidates must be exempt
• Background: No criminal record
