✈️ About the opportunity
As a Cadet Pilot, you will progress through a company-supported pathway from ground school and simulators to supervised line operations on a company-assigned jet type. You will train to airline standards, strengthen core airmanship, and contribute to safe, efficient, and on-time operations.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Complete ground, simulator, and line training toward type qualification on a jet aircraft assigned by the company.
- Operate under supervision in accordance with SOPs, checklists, and company/authority regulations.
- Demonstrate strong CRM, situational awareness, and disciplined decision-making in all phases of flight.
- Maintain accurate training records and remain current with operational briefs and safety publications.
- Uphold a proactive safety culture and report hazards through the company SMS.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 200 hours
- License: Frozen ATPL
- Accepted licenses: CAAT
- Type rating: Not required — training provided
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
- Military service: Male candidates must be exempt
- Background: No criminal record
