  • Command Dash 8 operations supporting government contracts, essential services for First Nations communities, and corporate partners.
  • Lead by example in a safety-first, SOP-driven environment, making sound decisions in dynamic operating conditions across Canada and beyond.
  • Mentor First Officers, fostering strong CRM, coaching, and professional growth.
  • Deliver dependable, on-time service with a customer-first mindset.
  • Represent Great North with integrity, cultural respect, and a commitment to giving back.

🧰 What You Bring

  • Minimum 3,000 hours total time; turboprop experience required.
  • ATPL (TCCA) and Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with exemplary CRM.
  • Unwavering commitment to safety and operational excellence.
  • Eligible to work in Canada; visa sponsorship not provided.
