XEJet is seeking motivated, safety-conscious aviation professionals to join our Flight Operations team as Type‑Rated First Officers on the Bombardier CRJ200. If you bring sharp situational awareness, disciplined CRM, and a passion for professional flying, we’d love to hear from you.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate the CRJ200 in a multi‑crew environment, supporting the PIC and executing company SOPs.
  • Plan and conduct flights with an uncompromising focus on safety, compliance, and on‑time performance.
  • Manage clear, concise radio communications and readbacks with ATC.
  • Apply strong CRM, checklist discipline, and threat & error management across all phases of flight.
  • Monitor aircraft systems, weather, and performance; exercise sound judgement and situational awareness.
  • Contribute to a professional, collaborative flight deck culture anchored in integrity and respect.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Valid Radiotelephony Licence.
  • Knowledge of flight operations and applicable aviation regulations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good decision‑making and situational awareness.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and safety consciousness.

  • Type rating: Current CRJ200 type rating (type‑rated candidates only)
  • Licences: CPL + IR + ME — ICAO compliant
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Flight time: No minimum hours required
  • Preferred: Previous commercial or multi‑crew experience
