🧭 Your mission

Own every phase of flight as Pilot in Command—planning, leading, and executing safe, efficient Challenger CL-604 operations under FAR Part 135 and Part 91, while representing Jet Access with professionalism and discretion.

  • Serve as Captain on the CL-604, exercising sound judgment and decisive leadership on every leg.
  • Conduct thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance; verify aircraft airworthiness and documentation.
  • Operate advanced avionics and digital flight tools to optimize routing, fuel planning, and situational awareness.
  • Champion SOPs, regulatory compliance, and best practices for crew resource management.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure mission readiness and schedule integrity.
  • Deliver a refined, confidential cabin experience for discerning clientele.
  • Maintain currency, training, and meticulous flight records; mentor and develop the SIC.

🧰 What you’ll bring

Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 3000 hours
  • PIC time: 1500 hours
  • PIC in type: 250 hours (Challenger CL-604)
  • Multi-engine PIC: 500 hours
  • Turbine PIC: 250 hours
  • Type rating: Required (Challenger CL-604)
  • License: ATP; Accepted: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Working knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91 operations.
  • Valid state driver’s license and passport.
  • Proficiency with digital flight planning tools, integrated avionics, and web/mobile flight applications.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Deep alignment with Jet Access core values and a demonstrated commitment to safety, excellence, and professional development.

Preferred Experience

  • Part 135 or corporate flight experience with a managed fleet operator serving high-net-worth clientele.
