CRJ First Officer (Training Provided)
✈️ Join the CRJ Flight Deck as a First Officer
Step into a permanent First Officer role on the CRJ series and help deliver safe, on-time, customer-focused regional jet operations. Non-type-rated pilots are welcome — comprehensive CRJ training is provided.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Support the Captain across all phases of flight, from preflight planning and briefings to secure postflight duties.
- Operate the aircraft in strict adherence to SOPs, FAA regulations, and company policies with uncompromising safety.
- Perform performance, fuel, and weight-and-balance calculations; verify documentation and dispatch releases.
- Maintain exceptional situational awareness, systems monitoring, and clear, professional radio communications.
- Practice strong CRM, contribute to a just culture, and champion proactive safety reporting.
- Deliver a polished, customer-oriented experience for every passenger, every flight.
- Stay current and proficient through recurrent training, check rides, and standards evaluations.
🧰 Training & Onboarding
No CRJ type rating? No problem. You’ll receive structured ground school, simulator, and line training to qualify and excel on the CRJ series. We welcome focused, disciplined aviators ready to learn and lead from the right seat.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 500 hours
- Multi-engine: 25 hours
- License required: FAA CPL with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings
- Medical: Class 1
- Preferred experience: 750 hours TT / 50 hours Multi-Engine
🔎 Additional Requirements
- Driver’s license: Must have a valid license with a good driving record.
- Passport: Possess a current, valid passport.
- Background: Able to pass a 10-year work history review, criminal history records check, reference check, and national driver’s record check; no excessive check ride failures.
- Drug & alcohol testing: Pass a DOT-required pre-employment drug screen and comply with FAA/Company random testing.
- Professionalism: Polished interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and a strong customer-service mindset.
- Leadership & teamwork: Strong leadership and organizational skills; self-motivated team player who can motivate others.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication delivered with tact and professionalism.
- Detail & composure: Strong attention to detail; able to work in stressful situations and tight time constraints.
- Scheduling: Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
- Proximity: Reside such that you can report to work within 120 minutes of a dispatch call during assigned duty periods.
- Safety record: No previous aviation-related accidents or incidents.
