🧭 Your mission
Lead every flight with precision and poise, ensuring uncompromising safety while delivering an elevated, confidential, and guest-centric experience that reflects the MGM brand.
- Exercise Pilot-in-Command authority with sound judgment, proactive risk management, and strict adherence to all applicable regulations and company operating procedures.
- Plan and execute flights end-to-end: performance and weather analysis, fuel and payload planning, routing, alternates, and departure/arrival coordination.
- Champion a luxury service culture in partnership with fellow crew members; anticipate needs and personalize the onboard experience for executives and guests.
- Oversee aircraft readiness and standards: pre/post-flight inspections, cleanliness, and coordination with maintenance for airworthiness.
- Maintain impeccable records, checklists, and documentation for operational clarity and regulatory compliance.
- Engage in recurrent training and continuous improvement to uphold best-in-class safety and service.
- Demonstrate flexibility for dynamic schedules while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and resilience.
🧰 What you bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Strong interpersonal skills, polished professional demeanor, and a passion for top-tier guest service.
- No FAA violations, at-fault accidents, or incidents.
- 3+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Ability to hold or eligibility for a type rating in one or more MGM Resorts-owned aircraft: Legacy 500 (EMB550), Lineage 1000 (ERJ170/ERJ190), Gulfstream G6 (GVI). Company training provided.
🌟 Minimum flight experience
- Total time: 4,500 hours
- Multi-engine: 2,500 hours
- Jet: 2,500 hours
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
Note: Type rating not required at hire; training provided. Open to FAA license holders.
