✈️ About the role
As Captain, you’ll take command of Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service. You’ll collaborate closely with crew and support teams to plan and execute trips with precision, professionalism, and care.
🧭 Your mission
- Serve as PIC, upholding the highest safety standards and operational discipline.
- Lead all phases of flight: performance calculations, weight and balance, weather/NOTAMs, fuel planning, and risk assessment.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulations, company procedures, and SOPs.
- Deliver a polished, customer-focused experience for passengers and clients.
- Coordinate effectively with crew, scheduling, and maintenance for timely, reliable operations.
- Maintain accurate aircraft and flight documentation; support reporting using Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Stay current through recurrent training and continuous proficiency development.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Total time: 2000 hours
- PIC time: 500 hours
- Multi-engine: 1000 hours
- Licenses: FAA CPL + IR + ME
- Medical: Class 2
- Thorough knowledge of flight operations and strong airmanship.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (or comparable software).
- Excellent CRM, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Commitment to relocate within a 1-hour drive of KSUS (Chesterfield, MO).

- CFI, CFII, MEI
- Charter or other corporate flight experience

No type rating required. Initial type training on the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ is provided. You’ll maintain currency through recurrent training and ongoing professional development to keep your skills sharp and mission-ready.
📍 Location & lifestyle
Based at Spirit of St. Louis Airport (KSUS) in Chesterfield, Missouri. Candidates must be willing to relocate within a one-hour drive to support reliable scheduling and callouts.
