Citation Ultra/Bravo Captain (Type-Rated, ATP)

🧭 The Mission

Command Citation Ultra/Bravo operations, delivering smooth, efficient, and compliant flights while upholding rigorous safety standards and an elevated client experience. You’ll partner with a dedicated team and operate to Part 135 standards, with an emphasis on CRM, proactive decision-making, and meticulous planning.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Serve as PIC for all assigned flights on Citation Ultra/Bravo aircraft.
• Lead flight planning, performance, weight & balance, weather/NOTAM analysis, and fuel strategy.
• Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, FARs, and safety management practices.
• Deliver an exceptional passenger experience with clear briefings, discretion, and hospitality.
• Coordinate with maintenance for discrepancies, MEL/CDL compliance, and aircraft readiness.
• Maintain accurate flight, duty, and training records; champion a just-culture safety environment.
• Participate in training, checks, and recurrent events to maintain currency and proficiency.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 3,000 hours
• PIC Time: 2,000 hours
• PIC in Type (Citation Ultra/Bravo): 250 hours
• Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
• Turbine: 500 hours
• Type Rating: Required (Citation 560 series)
• License: ATP (FAA)
• Medical: First Class

💼 Preferred Background

• Previous Part 135 experience.
• Experience in additional Citation variants (e.g., II/SII, Excel/XLS, or other 560 series jets).
• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and strong CRM skills.

Preference may be given to candidates with experience flying other Citation variants and those with a strong 135 background.
