Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ First Officer (Type Rating Provided)

✈️ The opportunity

Join our Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ flight deck as First Officer and help deliver safe, smooth, and personable private air travel across domestic routes and potential international legs. You will be a key contributor to a disciplined safety culture, precise SOP execution, and five-star passenger care.

🧭 What you will do

• Support the Captain in all phases of flight, from flight planning and performance calculations to secure, efficient departures and arrivals.
• Adhere to company SOPs, checklists, and a just-culture safety mindset; actively participate in SMS and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
• Deliver professional, discreet passenger service and maintain a polished cabin experience.
• Represent the operation with integrity on the ramp and at FBOs, including during international operations and customs procedures as applicable.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

• Total time: 2000 hours
• PIC time: 500 hours
• Type rating: Not required — training provided
• License required: ATP Written
• Accepted licenses: FAA
• Medical: Class 1
• Additional requirement: Must be able to travel internationally without restriction

🌟 Preferred profile

• Initial and/or recurrent training in type within the previous 36 months (preferred).
• International experience (preferred).
• Experience in other Citation variants and a strong 135 background may be given preference.
