Bring precision, poise, and professionalism to every leg. As a type-rated First Officer on the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+, you’ll help deliver safe, seamless Part 135 operations while elevating the passenger experience on every flight.
🧭 The mission
Partner with the Captain to execute domestic and international flights under FAR Part 135 with uncompromising safety, crisp communication, and a refined customer focus. You’ll apply sound judgment, a deep understanding of aircraft systems, and a calm, can-do approach in all phases of flight.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Serve as Second-in-Command on the CE-560XL series under FAR Part 135, adhering to FAA, ICAO, and international regulations.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance; manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with precision.
- Monitor and manage aircraft systems and limitations; interpret and apply technical documentation and procedures effectively.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Captain, dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver on-time, safe operations.
- Communicate clearly with passengers and crew; represent the company with a professional, well-groomed appearance.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records using Microsoft Office Suites and web/mobile tools.
- Prioritize tasks and execute reliably with minimal supervision while upholding a strong team ethos.
🌟 Minimum qualifications
- Total Time: 2,000 hours
- Multi-Engine: 200 hours
- Type Rating: Required (CE-560XL)
- License Required: ATP
- Accepted Licenses: FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Passport: Valid
- CANPASS: Ability to obtain and maintain authorization for unrestricted commercial travel to/from Canada
- Work Authorization (U.S.): Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and provide two forms of Federal Identification
- Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
- Appearance: Must maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company standards

- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- Proficient with word processing, email, web-based/mobile applications, and Microsoft Office Suites.
- Detail-oriented, team-focused, and consistently professional.
