Bring your precision, professionalism, and type-rated expertise to a safety-first Part 135 operation. As a key member of our two-pilot crew, you’ll support exceptional, reliable service on the Cessna Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ across domestic and international routes.
✈️ The Mission
Partner with the Captain to deliver safe, smooth, and on-time operations while upholding company SOPs and the highest standards of professionalism. You’ll blend technical acumen with exceptional crew resource management to ensure every leg is executed flawlessly.
- Support all phases of flight under FAR Part 135 and ICAO standards, domestic and international.
- Lead detailed preflight planning: performance, weight and balance, fuel, alternates, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
- Conduct thorough pre/postflight inspections and verify airworthiness, documents, and required equipment.
- Configure avionics/FMS, run checklists with discipline, and communicate clearly in all briefings.
- Monitor aircraft systems and limitations; manage radios and ATC, and proactively troubleshoot in flight.
- Champion safety, compliance, and a just culture; adhere to company procedures and industry best practices.
- Coordinate ramp/ground operations and provide a polished passenger experience.
- Maintain currency, training records, and a consistently well‑groomed, professional appearance.
🧭 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 2,000 hours
- Multi‑engine: 200 hours
- Type rating: Required (Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+)
- License required: ATP
- Accepted licenses: FAA
- Medical: First‑Class (Class 1)
- Passport: Valid
- Work authorization: Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and provide two forms of Federal Identification
- Canada travel: Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted commercial travel to/from Canada

- Excellent organizational, multi‑tasking, and interpersonal skills with strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

- Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and committed to teamwork and professionalism.
- Consistently well‑groomed appearance in accordance with company standards.
