✈️ Lead the Flight as a Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ Captain
Join a high-performance flight department as a type-rated Captain on the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+. Bring your command presence, customer-first mindset, and sharp decision-making to deliver safe, polished operations on every leg—domestic and international.
🧭 Minimum Flight Experience
- Total time: 3,000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 2,000 hours
- Time in type: 250 hours (Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+)
- Multi-engine PIC: 1,800 hours
- Multi-engine total: 2,000 hours
- Turbine: 1,750 hours
🧰 Required Qualifications & Documents
- License: FAA CPL with IR and ME
- Type rating: Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ (CE-560XL series)
- Medical: First Class
- Radio license: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Background: Pre-employment background check
- Drug testing: Pre-employment drug screen
- Driver’s license: Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Work authorization: Proof of eligibility to work in the US (no visa sponsorship)
- Passport: Current passport with ability to travel internationally
🌟 Preferred Qualifications
- Training: Initial or Recurrent Part 142 training in type within the last 24 months
- Certificate: ATP preferred
- Fleet experience: Time in other Citation variants
- Operational background: Strong Part 135 experience

- Exercise full command of flight operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency across all phases of flight.
- Deliver a premium passenger experience with professional, attentive, and discreet service.
- Demonstrate proactive, sound judgment in dynamic environments and changing conditions.
- Coordinate effectively with crew, dispatch, and maintenance; conduct thorough preflight planning and risk assessment.
- Maintain currency, training, and documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
