Lead the flight deck on our Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ fleet and deliver safe, polished, and passenger-focused operations on a permanent basis. If you’re a type-rated captain who thrives on precision, professionalism, and service, we want to meet you.
🧭 The Mission
As Captain, you’ll set the standard for safety, airmanship, and guest experience. You’ll lead a tight-knit crew, make sound operational decisions, and represent our brand with every takeoff and landing—whether flying a business-critical trip or a last‑minute recovery at odd hours.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Exercise PIC authority with uncompromising safety, compliance, and situational awareness.
- Plan and execute flights, including weather analysis, performance, fuel planning, and international procedures to Canada and Caribbean destinations.
- Collaborate closely with crew and dispatch; champion SOPs and SMS best practices.
- Deliver a polished cabin-to-cockpit experience, maintaining confidentiality and high-touch service.
- Adapt to dynamic schedules; support operations on nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Maintain meticulous records and support an FAA PRD review with the System Chief Pilot.

- Minimum flight experience
- Total Time: 3,500+ hours
- PIC Time: 2,000+ hours
- In Type (Excel/XLS/XLS+): 250+ hours
- PIC in Type: 250+ hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,500+ hours
- Multi-Engine PIC: 500+ hours
- Turbine: 500+ hours
- Total Instrument: 300+ hours
- Type Rating: Required (Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+)
- License: ATP qualified; FAA certificates accepted
- Medical: First Class (Class 1)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
🧾 Credentials & Clearances
- Current passport.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator Permit.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with random drug/alcohol testing.
- Unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countries.
- Ability to release and successfully pass an FAA PRD review with a System Chief Pilot.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
🎯 Preferred
- Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in type within the last 24 months.
🕒 Lifestyle & Base
- Callout: Live within a 2-hour callout of your home base; relocation support welcomed by candidates willing to move.
- Operations: Mix of domestic and near‑international flying (Canada and Caribbean).
