🧰 What You’ll Do
- Operate the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ safely and professionally under Part 91, adhering to SOPs and company standards.
- Plan and execute flights: performance, weight/balance, weather, NOTAMs, fuel, and alternates.
- Deliver a high-touch passenger experience while maintaining a polished, professional presence.
- Practice strong CRM with the Captain, maintenance, and scheduling teams to ensure on-time, efficient operations.
- Support collateral duties that strengthen the department (e.g., training coordination, manuals/SOP updates, safety/SMS inputs, vendor coordination, records).
- Champion our positive culture by communicating clearly, solving problems, and taking initiative.

🎯 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 100 hours
- Type Rating: Not required — company-provided initial training for qualified candidates
- Certificates: CPL, IR, ME (FAA)
- Medical: Class 2
- Sponsorship: Not available
