🧭 The Opportunity

As Captain on the Challenger 850, you will lead safe, efficient jet operations, set the tone for a high-performing cockpit, and deliver a smooth, professional experience from briefing to block-in. You will champion SOPs, regulatory compliance, and the highest standards of airmanship while collaborating closely with crew, operations, and maintenance.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Exercise full command authority on the Challenger 850 (CL65/CRJ200) with unwavering safety focus.
  • Plan and execute flights in accordance with company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
  • Lead effective briefings, apply CRM best practices, and make sound operational decisions.
  • Oversee performance, fuel, and weight & balance calculations; manage threat and error proactively.
  • Maintain clear communication with dispatch/operations and coordinate seamlessly with maintenance for airworthiness.
  • Support continuous improvement through training, standardization, and a just culture mindset.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 2,500 hours
  • PIC in type: 500 hours on Challenger 850 / CRJ200 (CL65)
  • Type rating: Current Challenger 850 / CRJ200 (CL65)
  • License: ATPL — EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English Proficiency: ICAO Level 5
  • Right to Work: Sponsorship not available; valid work authorization required.

Note: CL65 is the type designation covering Challenger 850 / CRJ200.
