🧰 What you’ll do

  • Operate the CL-604 safely and efficiently from pre-flight planning through shutdown, in full compliance with CARs and company SMS.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the Captain and crew, prioritizing teamwork, clear communication, and sound decision-making.
  • Configure, verify, and manage FMS inputs and glass cockpit systems to optimize flight path, fuel efficiency, and situational awareness.
  • Analyze aviation weather, runway and airport performance, weight and balance, and fuel planning to support safe dispatch and in-flight adjustments.
  • Deliver polished, discreet, and anticipatory client service in a dynamic, schedule-driven environment.
  • Contribute to a proactive safety culture through SMS reporting, risk assessment, and continuous improvement.
  • Complete accurate documentation, checklists, and post-flight reports with exceptional attention to detail.

🌟 What you bring

  • Canadian Radio Telephone License.
  • Hands-on experience with modern glass cockpits and advanced FMS.
  • Strong command of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, and weight and balance.
  • Expert knowledge of CARs and proven SMS practices.
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across the organization and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional client service, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Flexibility to support a variable schedule aligned with client needs.

📏 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 2,000 hours
  • Multi-engine PIC: 500 hours
  • Preferred time: Jet or turbine time preferred
  • Licenses required: IATRA, IR, ME
  • Accepted licenses: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 2
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)
