✈️ The Opportunity

As a Challenger CL-604 First Officer, you’ll partner with the Captain to deliver a seamless flight experience from preflight to shutdown. You’ll execute SOPs, communicate clearly with crew and passengers, and leverage modern tools to keep operations safe, efficient, and on schedule.

  • Perform preflight planning, performance calculations, and iPad-based procedures.
  • Adhere to checklist discipline and safety management best practices.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure mission readiness.
  • Uphold exceptional cockpit resource management and passenger service standards.

Note: A current Challenger 604 type rating is required.

🧭 Minimum Flight Experience

  • Total time: 2,500 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 500 hours
  • Multi-engine: 500 hours
  • Type rating: Required (Challenger 604)
  • Accepted licenses: FAA

🧰 Certifications & Documents

  • License required: ATP
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Permit: Valid FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Passport: Valid passport
  • Driver’s license: Valid driver’s license

🌟 Skills & Tools

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in multi-crew environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong electronic flight bag/iPad skills for charts, performance, and flight planning.

🔐 Compliance & Background

  • Successful completion of a 10-year background check.
  • Pre-employment drug test.
  • Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).

🌍 Travel Readiness & Callout

  • Ability to freely enter and exit countries worldwide where NEA is authorized to fly.
  • Candidates within a convenient 3-hour callout distance by car are encouraged to apply.
