🧰 What you'll do
- Serve as Second-in-Command on the Challenger 604, executing safe, efficient flights in accordance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
- Partner with the Captain on flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel strategies, and risk assessments.
- Operate and monitor advanced avionics and FMS platforms; manage digital flight planning tools and mobile/web flight applications.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across FAA, ICAO, and international requirements for assigned routes.
- Deliver a polished client experience while upholding a strong safety culture and service ethos.
- Support aircraft readiness, documentation, and post‑flight debriefs, including international documentation (e.g., customs/immigration coordination as required).
- Assist with ground operations and repositioning; operate airport vehicles as needed.
🌟 What you bring (Minimum)
- Total Time: 1,500 hours
- PIC Time: 500 hours
- License: FAA CPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Current Second Class Medical (renewed every 12 months); First Class preferred
- Working knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91 operations
- Thorough understanding of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations relevant to assigned routes
- Proficiency with digital flight planning tools, avionics systems, and web‑based or mobile flight applications
- Valid state driver's license for airport ground transportation and aircraft repositioning support
- Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening
- Deep alignment with Jet Access core values and a genuine commitment to a culture of safety and excellence
- Residence within a 90‑minute callout of KTYQ is required
🧭 Currency & training
- Currency: Completed initial or recurrent training on the assigned aircraft type within the preceding 12 months (if previously typed)
- NTR: Type rating not required; company-provided initial training and qualification available
🔎 Preferred qualifications
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification strongly preferred
- Challenger 604 (CL‑604) type rating with 250 hours in type
- Prior Part 135 or corporate flight operations experience in a managed fleet environment
