🧭 The Mission
As First Officer on the Challenger 300/350 (CL30), you will partner with the Captain to deliver safe, seamless, and discreet operations for discerning clients. You will execute domestic and international missions, uphold exacting SOPs, and bring a polished, hospitality-minded presence to every leg.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs, TCCA, and ICAO standards.
- Lead meticulous preflight planning: performance, weather, fuel, NOTAMs, international procedures, and overflight requirements.
- Manage FMS and avionics with precision; monitor aircraft systems and performance throughout flight.
- Champion CRM, threat and error management, and a proactive safety culture.
- Deliver a refined, customer-first experience from curb to cabin, safeguarding privacy and comfort.
- Adapt quickly under pressure, maintaining poise and sound judgment in dynamic, time-critical environments.
🌟 What You Bring (Minimum Requirements)
- License: ATPL (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English Proficiency: Level 4 or higher
- Total Time: 1,750+ hours
- Pilot-in-Command Time: 500+ hours
- Jet Time: 100+ hours
- Proven track record as a highly experienced Captain
- Strong customer service orientation and professional presentation
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Willing and able to travel without restriction
- Meets ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada
💡 Preferred Experience
- Challenger 3500 experience (strong asset)
- International flying experience

🛫 Training & Onboarding
Type rating is not required. Comprehensive initial and recurrent training will be provided to set you up for success on the Challenger 300/350 platform, with an emphasis on SOP mastery, international procedures, and premium client service.
