✈️ The Opportunity
As a Challenger 300/350 Captain, you will be responsible for safe, efficient, and client-focused operations in a modern, glass-cockpit environment. You will lead from the front—planning with precision, executing with professionalism, and delivering an exceptional experience to every passenger, every time.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Exercise full PIC authority to ensure the highest safety and compliance standards on every flight.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning: weather analysis, airport performance, fuel strategy, routing, alternates, and W&B calculations.
- Configure and manage FMS, automation, and advanced avionics in a glass-cockpit environment.
- Apply expert knowledge of the CARs and SMS practices; champion a just culture and continuous improvement.
- Deliver exceptional client service in-flight and on the ground, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and client services; communicate clearly and proactively.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, flight logs, and safety reports.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule to support client needs, including weekends and holidays as required.
🧰 What You Bring
- Canadian Radio Telephone License.
- Hands-on experience with FMS programming, automation management, and glass-cockpit workflows.
- Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, and weight & balance.
- Expert knowledge of the CARs and proven application of SMS safety practices.
- A positive, collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding client service, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Flexibility to support dynamic schedules and operational demands.
🌟 Minimum & Preferred Requirements
- Total Time: 2,500 hours (minimum)
- Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours (minimum)
- Preferred Time: Turbine time
- License: ATPL
- Accepted Licenses: TCCA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ICAO ELP: Level 4
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided on the Challenger 300/350
- Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
