Join a dynamic team flying the iconic Cessna 208 Caravan from our base in Maun. If you are highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about safe, customer-focused flying into remote areas, we want to hear from you. Non–type-rated pilots are welcome — comprehensive training provided.

🧭 Your Mission

Be a trusted captain delivering safe, reliable, and personable service across rugged, beautiful terrain. You will operate into remote strips, represent our brand to guests and partners, and set the tone for teamwork and safety on every sector.

  • Operate the C208 to and from remote/bush airstrips with precision and care.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers, clients, and partners at every touchpoint.
  • Lead by example — coordinate with ground teams for loading, W&B, fuel planning, and turnarounds.
  • Uphold company SOPs, safety reporting, and risk management practices.
  • Adapt to changing weather, terrain, and operational requirements while maintaining professionalism.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum total time: 950 hours.
  • CPL (ICAO) with valid Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 6.
  • Type rating: Not required — company training provided.
  • Valid Class B driver’s license.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to travel frequently into remote areas.

🌟 Preferred Experience

  • C208 rating and/or recent C208 time.
  • Turbine experience.
  • Instructor rating and instructional experience.

Candidates will be based in Maun and should expect frequent travel to remote locations.
