Cessna 208 Caravan Captain — Maun-Based (NTR Welcome)

Step into a front-seat Captain role flying the legendary Cessna 208 Caravan. We are seeking highly motivated, energetic aviators with a passion for exceptional operations and service. You will be based in Maun with frequent travel into remote areas, delivering safe, reliable flying while representing our brand with professionalism and warmth.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Base: Maun (frequent travel to remote areas)
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
  • License: CPL — ICAO accepted
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 6

🧭 Your mission

  • Operate the Cessna 208 Caravan to the highest safety and airmanship standards on routes into remote locations.
  • Deliver attentive, friendly customer service and be an ambassador for our operation on every sector.
  • Lead by example in the cockpit and on the ramp, supporting safe, on-time performance.
  • Plan and execute flights with diligence, including performance, weight and balance, fuel, weather, and NOTAM reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and ground teams to keep the day running smoothly.
  • Uphold SOPs, regulatory compliance, and a proactive safety culture at all times.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 950 hours
  • License: CPL (ICAO accepted)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 6
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
  • Additional: Valid Class B driver’s licence

🌟 Preferred profile

  • C208 type rating and recent experience (preferred)
  • Turbine experience (an added advantage)
  • Instructor rating and instructional experience (an added advantage)

📚 Training & development

Non–type-rated pilots are welcome. Comprehensive C208 type training will be provided, along with route and operational familiarisation for remote-area flying. Expect a supportive team, robust SOPs, and continuous learning to help you thrive.
