Gulfstream Captain – On‑Demand Operations (Training Provided) | Bedford, MA

🧭 Your Mission

• Serve as Pilot in Command on domestic and international on-demand missions, upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service.
• Lead end-to-end trip execution: flight planning, performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and international procedures.
• Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and cabin teams to deliver a refined, client-centric experience.
• Exercise sound judgment, risk management, and decision-making in changing conditions and time-critical scenarios.
• Ensure meticulous aircraft care, documentation accuracy, and adherence to company SOPs and the Federal Aviation Regulations.

🧰 What You Bring

• 7+ years of aviation-related experience, including a minimum of 2 years in an on-demand flight environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
• Detailed knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, ATC procedures, and aircraft systems.
• Professional, detail-driven, and service-oriented mindset with excellent CRM and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a demanding environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel extensively with adjustable work locations as operational needs dictate.
• Residence within two hours of the Bedford, MA hangar.

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• License: ATP (FAA)
• Medical: First Class
• Type Rating: Not required — company-provided training available
• Experience: NTR candidates considered

🌟 Preferred Flight Experience

• 2,500+ hours total time with appropriate jet time; corporate flight experience preferred.
• — OR — 1,500+ hours total time with qualifying military experience considered.
• Type rated preferred in G650, G600, G500, or G800.
• International flight operations experience.

• Base: Bedford, Massachusetts (KBED)
• Commute: Must live within two hours of the hangar
• Schedule: Flexible, on-demand operations in a high-expectation environment
• Travel: Extensive; adjustable work locations as needed
