✈️ About the role
As Captain, you will lead safe, compliant, and efficient turbine operations within a multi-aircraft environment. You’ll exercise sound judgment in dynamic conditions, partner closely with crew and operations, and uphold a culture of professionalism on every mission.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as PIC across a diverse turbine fleet, ensuring uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance.
- Plan and execute flights in accordance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
- Lead preflight risk assessments, crew briefings, and postflight reviews with a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Apply robust CRM, weather/performance analysis, and fuel/alternate planning for every leg.
- Maintain currency, proficiency, and meticulous documentation for aircraft, crew, and flight activities.
- Contribute to a just-culture safety environment, reporting hazards and sharing best practices.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 2000 hours
- Turbine PIC: 1000 hours
- License required: ATP
- Accepted licenses: FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
🧪 Additional requirements
- Ability to pass a company pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to pass a background investigation conducted by Honeywell’s Security Department.
