✈️ Captain – Citation CJ Series (M2/CJ4)
MINCA is expanding and seeking a seasoned Pilot III (Captain) to join our corporate flight department. You will lead safe, professional operations on our Citation CJ-series aircraft, adhering to the letter and spirit of our Flight Operations Manual in normal, abnormal, and emergency conditions. This role reports directly to the Chief Pilot.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Captain on Citation CJ-series missions with an unwavering commitment to safety and professionalism.
- Operate in full compliance with the company Flight Operations Manual under normal, abnormal, and emergency conditions.
- Lead preflight planning, performance and weight-and-balance, weather/NOTAM analysis, fuel strategy, and alternates.
- Execute precise, efficient flights while maintaining regulatory compliance and exceptional standards of client service.
- Champion CRM and team coordination; mentor and collaborate with crew members and support staff.
- Maintain aircraft and flight documentation; support audits, safety programs, training, and continuous improvement.
- Perform additional flight department duties and projects as assigned.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total Time: 4,000 hours
- Multi-Engine: 2,000 hours
- Jet: 1,000 hours
- Type Rating: CE-525 required
- License: FAA ATP
- Medical: Class 1
- Training: Manufacturer-approved initial training in company aircraft and at least two recurrent courses completed
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university, and 5+ years of corporate aircraft experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Passport: Valid; able to travel outside the United States

- In-Type: 500+ hours on Citation CJ-series
- Type Rating Focus: CE-525 with CJ4 preferred
- Experience: International operating experience
- Demonstrated excellence in corporate flight operations and client service
