As Captain, you’re responsible for the safe conduct of assigned flights, full regulatory compliance, and strict adherence to our operations manual. When assigned to a flight, you hold final authority over the operation of the aircraft and ensure a professional, passenger-focused experience.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Exercise final authority when assigned to the flight; the more senior pilot will have overall charge of the airplane unless otherwise assigned by the Chief Pilot.
• Comply with all Federal, state, local, and foreign regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive flight planning: performance, weight and balance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and risk assessment.
• Operate the aircraft to the highest safety standards across all phases of flight and in-flight operations.
• Lead and collaborate through effective CRM; give and follow directions to maintain a cohesive cockpit and cabin operation.
• Deliver a polished passenger experience while safeguarding efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams; complete logs, reports, and post‑flight documentation.
• Maintain on‑call readiness and respond swiftly to short‑notice trip assignments.

🧾 Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 1,500 hours
• Multi‑Engine: 500 hours
• Turbine: 200 hours
• Experience: 2–10 years as a Captain or comparable role
• License: FAA, ATP Qualified
• Medical: Class 1
• Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
