✈️ Role overview

As a Cadet Pilot in a multi-fleet environment, you will develop line-ready skills while operating under the guidance of experienced instructors and Captains. You will prepare and conduct flights in full compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards, contribute to safe and efficient operations, and progress through ground school, simulator phases, and line training toward independent duties.

🧭 Minimum requirements

  • Licensing: Current EASA CPL with IR and ME.
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided upon selection.
  • Medical: Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
  • Language proficiency: ICAO ELP 5; fluent English and French (C1).

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Conduct preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings in line with SOPs.
  • Operate as part of a professional crew, applying strong CRM and threat & error management.
  • Execute checklists and normal/abnormal procedures with discipline and precision.
  • Uphold the highest standards of flight safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
  • Progress through ground school and simulator training leading to fleet assignment and type qualification.

🛠 Training & development

Structured training is provided, including ground school and simulator phases, culminating in type qualification and supervised line operations on the assigned fleet.

Note: Training timelines and fleet assignment are determined by operational needs.
