We’re seeking a polished, safety-first Captain to join our Philadelphia-based flight department operating across various business jets. This permanent, on-site role is ideal for a proven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and delivers exceptional customer service.
🧭 The Opportunity
As Captain, you’ll be the standard-bearer for safety, professionalism, and service. You’ll manage the operation from planning to shutdown, collaborate seamlessly with flight department teammates and leadership, and represent the brand with confidence in front of VIP passengers and corporate stakeholders.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Serve as PIC across various business jets, executing safe, compliant, and on-time operations.
- Lead risk identification and mitigation, applying sound judgment and a safety management mindset on every leg.
- Plan and brief each mission, including weather, performance, fuel, and alternate strategies; complete thorough post-flight reporting.
- Deliver a refined passenger experience with clear, courteous communication and discretion.
- Foster strong teamwork with crew, dispatch, maintenance, and leadership; model calm, decisive CRM.
- Uphold company standards and regulatory requirements with meticulous attention to detail.
🌟 What You’ll Bring
- Total Time: 3,000+ hours.
- Business Aviation Experience: 5–7+ years (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Jet Time (Preferred): 1,000+ hours.
- Certificates: ATP (FAA); Medical: Class 1.
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided; Non-Type Rated candidates encouraged to apply.
- Passport: Valid and current United States passport.
- Record: Clean safety record with no FAA sanctions or accidents.
- Location: Must be local to Philadelphia International Airport (PHL); this is not a commutable position.
- Soft Skills: Professional presence, crisp communication, and proven relationship management across senior and executive stakeholders.
- Team & Safety: Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with strong CRM and SMS-oriented decision making.
🎓 Training & Growth
Type rating and initial training are provided for the assigned aircraft. You’ll maintain currency through recurrent training and continuous professional development supported by a safety-first culture.
📍 Location & Eligibility
- Base: PHL — on-site presence required.
