✈️ Your mission

Captain Global Express flights worldwide in accordance with EASA regulations and company SOPs.
Deliver a polished, discreet VIP experience with a strong focus on communication, safety, and reliability.
Drive end-to-end operational planning: performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, alternates, and crew duty management.
Own documentation and compliance tracking, ensuring accurate records, reporting, and continuous adherence to standards.
Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, handling agents, and ATC to optimise every sector.
Champion safety, contribute to the SMS, and support a proactive, just culture.

🧭 What you bring

Strong understanding of business aviation operations and owner/operator dynamics.
Solid administrative capabilities, including operational planning, documentation, and compliance tracking.
High level of customer service and clear, confident communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and demeanor.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Total time: 4,000 hours
PIC in type: 1,500 hours
In type: 1,000 hours
Type rating: Required (Global Express)
License required: ATPL (EASA)
Medical: Class 1
ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
Passport: Swiss or EU

🌟 Preferred

TRI/TRE authorisation (EASA).
Previous experience within a business jet operator or owner-operated environment.

🧪 Compliance and assessment

A full pre-employment assessment is required under current EASA regulations. This may include verification of credentials, simulator assessment, technical interview, and company procedures familiarisation.
